Vintage 14k White Gold with Diamond and Sapphires In Flower Shape Screwback Earrings

Estate pair of 545 (14k) marked Diamond and Sapphire flower shaped screw back earrings. They weigh 6.95 grams and are in excellent condition. They are marked 545 and 13. I do not know what the 13 refers to. I tested the stones with my Presidium Gem tester.

I would take these earrings to my jeweler and have them made into pierced earrings. they are so beautiful.
