Very Early Celluloid Pin Light Gray FLower on Black Background

I think this is a very early celluloid plastic but I am not familiar with the plastic well enough to be sure. The light grey flower in the middle is 1 7/8" and the over all size is 2 3/8x 2 1/4",. This is a very rigid plastic. The pinback has the C clamp that is indicative of the 20s or before. It is in excellent condition. I would say this is a Victorian piece.
