Huge Antique Onyx Cabochon Cameo with Floral Topper in Gold Gilt Victorian Copy

This is a stunningly beautiful and huge cameo with an onyx cabochon which has a flower attached. The flower has marcasite stones for accent and some of them are missing. It has enamel on the leaves and the red flower is enameled. It is about 2x1 3/4" and is in good condition. I believe it is a retro piece and not actually from the early 1900s. It is not marked.
