Antique Victorian Sterling Bar Pin with Paste Rhinestones Hand Cut

This is a very lovely bar pin in sterling with paste hand cut rhinestones. It measures 1x3/4" and is in excellent condition but needs a good cleaning and polishing. It is marked STERLING on the back but the G is missing. It has a very unusual clasp with a locking mechanism.
