Stunning Pot Metal Belt Buckle with Huge Rhinestones Probably from the 60s

This is a stunning belt buckle in pot metal. It is 3 1/4" long with huge paste rhinestones that measure 11mm in diameter. It needs to be sewn onto your choice of cloth or elastic belt. I believe I remember this type of belt buckle
from the 60s. They were worn with very wide skirts that had 3 or 4 crinolines under them like the poodle skirts. They were attached to wide elastic and really made you waist look small. I can remember girls in my class who had 15 and 16 inch waists. They had the real hour glass figure.
