Vintage Juliana Style Rhinestone Choker in Crystal and Heart Shaped Filigree Accents

I believe this is a DeLizza and Elster aka Juliana rhinestone choker. It is 15 3/4" long and has all the earmarks of a Juliana piece, from the heart shaped filigree pieces to the shepherds crook hook. It is a lovely choker in rhodium plated metal. In excellent condition but not marked.
