This is an antique mid century sterling vermeil filigree in in the shape of two flowers joined with a swirl tie. The pin is 2 3/8x1 1/8" and is probably Portugese. It has many of the same design works as other Portugese i have seen including the clasp which has a safety catch. The pin is not marked but did test positive for sterling.
