Antique Victorian gold plated Chatelaine Mechanical Pencil or Watch Fob Pencil

This is an antique watch fob mechanical pencil or a Chatelaine pencil. It is gold plated and is in very good condition. Normal wear to the case and the pencil needs to be adjusted on the inside as it doesn't fit like it should and you have to retract by hand. It is not marked.
