Collar Pins from the 40s Double Hearts on Twisted Mesh Chain with Sapphire Rhinestones Possibly For Sweaters

This is what i think is collar pin from the 40s. The hears are gold plated with sapphire oval rhinestones in the middle and they are 1 1/4x1 1/8" the entire piece measures 15" long. It is in very good condition but is dusty and needs to be cleaned. Metal is gold washed. Not marked.
