LISNER Marked Retro Victorian Brooch with Gold Plated Top

LISNER marked Victorian style cameo of what appears to be celluloid. The lady is facing right and has flowing hair in a very unusual style. It is white plastic on a red base. The Victorian looking pin is gold topped and is in very good to excellent condition for it's age. This is a very rare item. I believe that this pin is one of the early 1930s pieces.
