Victorian or Art Deco Double Picture Gold Topped Locket and Pearl with 24 Inch 1/20th 12K Gold Filled Chain

This is an exquisite gold topped locket with places for 2 pictures. It is made of brass and topped with gold. It has a 3mm genuine pearl in the center of an attached piece that is a flower on either side of the pearl. The case is etched on both sides. It has a 24" 1/20th 12K GF twisted rope chain that is marked on a tag that attaches to the spring ring clasp. It is marked on this tag but i do not know what the mark refers to.
