Exquisite Hand Painted Cameo on Porcelain Marked 5898 30 in Brass Choker

Exquisite hand painted porcelain pendant on brass with a lovely brass cable chain. I think this might be a transfer that has been painted over the top. It is marked 5898 30 on the back of the porcelain. It is bezel set into a lovely pendant setting with a topper that is hinged. The choker measures 15" long and the pendant is 2 1/4x1 3/8". Don't miss out on this one. I saw another like this one online and it was 235.00. The brass is in need of polishing.
